Bronze $150 / monthly 
Target Client is someone that wants to learn Biathlon basics, shooting technique and elementary physical training activities. Must have their own rifle and previous shooting experience. Participated in at least one race.

Included in this package:
 - 1 hour introductory overview of rifle basics and shooting positions
 - 1 introductory shooting video analysis either live video or recorded
 - 1 weekly session at Dry Fire Foundry (drop in class)
 - Bi-Monthly 60 shot shooting test evlauation
 - 2  workouts each week (dry or live fire combination)
 - 3 ski related workouts each week (Ski, Run, bike, rollerski, skierg, ski hiking, run/shoot combos)
 - Workout analysis through Training Peaks* for each workout
 - Up to 15 minutes each week with either shooting coach or endurance coach

Silver  $225 / monthly
Target Client is someone that has biathlon experience, has previous race experience and wants to become more competitive.

Included in this package:
 - 2 introductory 1 hour sessions including rifle basics refresher, rifle fitting, range entry and position review
 - 1 introductory shooting video analysis either live video or recorded
 - 2 weekly sessions at Dry Fire Foundry (drop in classes)
 - Monthly 60 shot shooting test evaluation
 - 3 workouts weekly (dry or live fire combination)
 - 6 ski related workouts each week (Ski, run, bike, rollerski, skierg, ski hiking, run/shoot combos)
 - Workout analysis through Training Peaks* for each workout
 - Up to 15 minutes each week with either shooting coach or endurance coach

Gold $300  / monthly
Target Client is someone that has several years of high level biathlon experience, is competitive within their age group and wants to compete at a very high level Nationally or Internationally.

Included in this package:
 - 3 introductory 1 hour sessions including rifle basics refresher, rifle fitting, range entry, position review, speed and accuracy.
 - 1 introductory shooting video analysis
 - Unlimited monthly drop in sessions at Dry Fire Foundry
 - Monthly 60 shot shooting test
 - 4 workouts weekly (dry or live fire combination)
 - 11 ski related workouts each week (Ski, run, bike, rollerski, skierg, ski hiking, run/shoot combos)
 - Workout analysis through Training Peaks for each workout
 - Up to 15 minutes each week with either shooting coach or endurance coach 


* Training Peaks
Although it is not required for Biathlon Coaching by Paul and Bryn, we do recommend the use of  Training Peaks as the means to communicate your workouts and provide daily feedback. Training Peaks links with most wearables and sports brand watches, and is available online and as an App. It allows your coaches to create and track your workouts, then view workout details such as heart rate, watts and pace and others. From these details, an overall plan can be mapped along with progress along the way. It also allows the athlete the visibility of upcoming workouts and a multitude of charts and graphs to track their own progress.
